In our Active Directory, all the employees have avatars. It would be really great if passwork could pull them up. And then it would be good if the user could change his avatar if he wanted to.

Agree. For example, this function is supported by "other" services. 
Description: Service supports syncing LDAP / Active Directory profile pictures (usually available in the "thumbnailPhoto" or "jpegPhoto" attribute in LDAP) by configuring the avatar key in "AUTH_LDAP_USER_ATTR_MAP".
I think this function is not difficult to implement.

Agree. Or other way around would be sufficient for us : to push the avatars to the API. This requires that the API support changing the user avatars.
